Instrumentation and process control systems generally operate the majority of the time in automatic, however they do from time to time require repair. Some times these repairs are given emergency status because of the nature of the problem or the inability of your system to support down time. It’s during these times that Aqua Sierras Control technicians shine. All of our technicians are required to have a minimum of 5 years field experience with supporting technical school certification. Our emergency services are offered 24 hours per day 7 days per week should you not be able to solve your problem on your own. Some of the troubleshooting we have been asked to provide is.
ASC provides calibration and accuracy certifications to meet NIST standards and ISO 9000 requirements. All of our test equipment is recertified and traced every year and/ or as required by special project. All instrument calibration results are logged into our procal 2000 database for historical filing and accuracy determination. Every instrument calibrated for any customer is inventoried by make, model and serial number of the device and where the device is located in the customer's facility. Calibration accuracy statements are prepared and printed from our computer and are reviewed by the field technician that provided the calibration for accuracy. If acceptable the report is signed and mailed to the customer. In order to stay current with technology we constantly purchase state of the art test equipment to facilitate the calibration of your instruments in a timely manor. Some of these instruments just to name a few.
Some instruments serviced and calibrated by our technicians are: AGM electronics, DAQ, Data Flow Systems, Honeywell, Foxboro, Badger, Leeds and Northrup, Fischer & Porter, Milltronics, ISCO, Bristol, Autocon, Robertshaw, Cla-valve, Taylor, Wallace&Tiernan, Capitol Controls, Ecometrics, Sparling, Seametrisc. LMI, Prominent, Allen Bradley, Monarch, Yokogawa, just to name a few.
Aqua Sierra has always felt that before an instrument or an automatic control system is in need of repair a preventative maintenance program should be setup to maintain the equipment’s condition. Even if the system is old and has been repaired before, chances are maintenance could have headed off those costly repairs. Preventative maintenance can save you money by eliminating those unnecessary emergency call outs and prevent unexpected down time due to unforeseen failures of your equipment. For every system ASC installs, we offer the customer an after construction maintenance program. We also solicit new maintenance accounts when requested by our customers. Maintenance programs can be set up for almost any piece of equipment or instrument. Some of the benefits of maintenance programs are.
Maintenance programs can be set up with any frequency desired by the customer. we have set up and currently have weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and bi-monthly. Our maintenance program requires that the frequency of service is more than once each year to qualify. Service rates are generally less than demand service.
